- Change the package name, and add PostgreSQL major version number.
This will let us install the repo RPMs easier. Also, rename RPM key,
so that --import won't throw any errors.
- Own %{_sysconfdir}/pki/rpm-gpg

- Change the package name, and add PostgreSQL major version number.
