PostgreSQL is an advanced Object-Relational database management
system. The postgresql91-test package includes the sources and pre-built
binaries of various tests for the PostgreSQL database management
system, including regression tests and benchmarks.

- Fix -libs issue while installing 9.1+ in parallel. Per various
bug reports. Move installing ld.so.conf.d file with -libs
subpackage.
- In init script, use $pidfile in status(), per PostgreSQL bug
- Move $pidfile and $lockfile definitions before sysconfig call,
so that they can be included in sysconfig file.
